鋼包烘烤時(shí)間是有定規(guī)定的,旦烘烤時(shí)間不足會(huì)造成:
1、受鋼后溫降過(guò)快,易導(dǎo)致氬氣不通;
2、轉(zhuǎn)精煉不利于提溫,延長(zhǎng)冶煉時(shí)間;
3、精煉爐大幅提溫等待易導(dǎo)致涮包現(xiàn)象發(fā)生,甚至導(dǎo)致穿包事故!
